I got JVN hoping it would basically perform a miracle on my frizz, because on humid days my hair acts like it’s trying to escape my head. It definitely helped smooth things out a bit, and I do like the smell a lot. It also doesn’t feel heavy or greasy, which is a big plus. But when the humidity showed up? My hair was like, absolutely not. For the price, I’m still on the fence about buying it again. It wasn’t bad at all, just not the total frizz-saving hero I was dramatically hoping for.

My order showed up in this flimsy box, and one of the items had leaked all over everything inside. There was basically no extra padding or proper seal, so I had to spend time and energy cleaning up a mess that could’ve easily been avoided. For what I paid, I really expected much better packaging

I wanted to like this, and it seems fine in some ways, but once I actually read through the ingredients, I wasn’t totally impressed. A few things felt unnecessary, especially for something at this price point. Maybe it works well for other people, but it didn’t feel as clean as I expected, so I’m not really comfortable using it regularly.

I really loved the first bottle I got, so I was excited to buy it again. But the second one felt a lot more watery and just did not seem to work the same for me. I am kind of disappointed because I was hoping it would be just as good as the first.

I really wanted this to be a win, especially because it felt nice when I first put it in. But once my hair dried, my curls didn’t look defined at all—they were more frizzy and kind of flat than anything else.

For the price, I expected a lot better. I tried using a little, then using more, and I still got the same result. My final take: it’s just not worth it for my hair.

The order itself was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the shipping took way too long, like painfully long, and the tracking updates didn’t really help much at all. I was just kind of left annoyed and waiting, which really soured the whole experience.

I used these for a few weeks because I really wanted to give them a fair shot, but honestly… my hair looked pretty much the same. If anything, it might’ve felt a little drier, which was annoying because I kept waiting for that “okay, it’s working” moment and it just never happened. The scent was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. I just don’t think it was worth the price for my hair.

The customer service was hit or miss, and in my case it was definitely a miss. I tried to get help, but it felt like I was just being ignored instead of actually assisted

From what I remember, trying to use the site on my phone was frustrating. It kept freezing on me, and checkout felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

I used this and pretty much right after, my scalp was burning and feeling super itchy. It was not a good feeling for me, kind of uncomfortable the whole time

I was in a rush when I tried this, so maybe I was hoping for quick results, but it just didn’t work for my hair. My fine hair ended up looking flat and kind of greasy, so I probably won’t use it again...

I sent my return back and still haven’t gotten the refund. You expect it to be handled by now, but I’m just sitting here waiting and checking for an update.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was way too much for me. It lingered on me all day after just one wash, and I ended up having to stop using it. I know some people enjoy strong fragrances, but for me, it feels more considerate when a product doesn’t overpower everything around you

It works okay, I guess... but for the price, I just don’t feel like it was really worth it for me...
